This website is owned and operated by Eyes At Home – a long-established, professional, and compassionate home-visiting optician service that has proudly delivered NHS-funded care for over 12 years. Regrettably, we have become aware that another provider is unlawfully using our trademarked name, in clear violation of copyright and trademark laws. This misleading practice has caused significant confusion and is harming the reputation we have worked hard to build.

We have reported the matter to our professional regulatory bodies, the NHS, and our legal team, who are now addressing the issue. Due to this illegal activity combined with challenges such as limited NHS funding we have made the difficult decision to suspend our operations until further notice.

If you choose to engage with a provider who engages in such practices, particularly given that many patients in our care are elderly, unwell, or otherwise vulnerable, we respectfully suggest that you contact them directly via their own website or phone number, as we do not hold or provide those details.
