An appointment will be made and any individual needs or concerns discussed at this stage with either the client directly or carer, relative or spouse.

The appointment will be confirmed in writing shortly after.

Apart from providing eyecare for people in their own homes we also care for clients in: Nursing Homes - Care Homes - Sheltered Housing - Care Centres Day Centres and Hospitals

It is actively encouraged that a relative or carer be present at the time of the appointment but this is not a necessity.

In preparation for the Eye Examination it is very helpful if to hand are;

Old Spectacles
List of Medications used
Any claimed benefit details
