Postage

At the present time postage is Free on all items sent direct to a patient/customer’s address.
Heavier items will be charged at £8.

Returns

Unmarked returns etc-especially on high value items but not damaged goods are accepted.

Delivery

We accept payment by Visa/Mastercard and Switch.

Our online ordering system uses a secure server to protect your card details.

If you are eligable for VAT exemption (due to disability) please call us and we will send you the relevant paperwork.

We endeavour to despatch orders within 4/5 days, but on occasion when there is an unprecedented demand for items or supply problems exist beyond our control, orders may be delayed.

Privacy & Security

Eyes at Home does not have access to your Credit Card or Bank Account details. This is all processed securely at Paypal.
We do not pass our customers’ details to any third parties.
