Besides visiting clients in the comfort of their own homes we also provide
Eye care to residents of Nursing & Residential Care Homes.

This includes all aspects of eye care including eye examinations, the provision of new spectacles where necessary, advice on lighting and magnifiers together with advice to nursing staff on visual matters relating to their clients.

A spectacle engraving service is available on most frames to aid identification of new spectacles.

We also offer a personal approach in informing family members of the need for new spectacles and the general situation relating to the eyesight of the relative in question.

We often get asked about dementia but having many years experience in dealing with these clients we have refined our examinations to enable us to obtain a spectacle prescription and examine the health of the eyes with minimal feedback.
